Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of crusty bread
  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and place bread on a lined baking tray.
  2. Slice the bread in a crosshatch pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Insert chunks of brie cheese into the cuts.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce into remaining gaps.
  5. Brush bread with melted garlic butter.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh thyme or rosemary before serving warm.
