Ingredients

  • 810 cooked meatballs
  • 2 hoagie rolls or sub buns
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional for toasting)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat meatballs in marinara sauce until hot and coated evenly.
  3. Split hoagie rolls and lightly butter the insides if desired.
  4. Place warm meatballs and sauce inside each roll.
  5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
