Ingredients

Instructions

- Stir in flour and mix until dough forms and pulls away from the sides.
- Cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.
- Spoon dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe flower-shaped churros onto parchment squares.
- Fry in hot oil (350°F) until golden brown on both sides.
- Toss warm churros in a cinnamon sugar mixture and serve fresh.
