Instructions

- Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until smooth and airy.
- Pipe mousse into flower-shaped silicone molds and freeze until firm.
- Unmold, place on chocolate cookie bases, and glaze with chocolate ganache or mirror glaze.
- Garnish with sprinkles and edible gold leaf for a refined finish.
