- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Extra pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle and spread pizza sauce down the center.
- Layer with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
- Slice dough edges diagonally into strips and fold over the filling in a braid pattern.
- Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm with dipping sauce.

- For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños.
