- 12 dinner rolls (unbaked dough or homemade)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pepperoni or toppings of choice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Flatten rolls slightly and arrange on the sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce on each bun.
- Add pepperoni or toppings of choice.
- Top generously with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Brush edges with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit pepperoni and use vegetables as toppings.
- Feel free to experiment with different cheeses or sauces.
