Description
Soft golden bread rolls stuffed with gooey cheese and topped with garlic butter and herbs.
Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
- 12 mozzarella cheese cubes
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: sesame or poppy seeds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit, place a cube of mozzarella in the center, and pinch to seal into a ball.
- Arrange balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Brush over dough balls.
- Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds if desired.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm with gooey cheese inside.
Notes
- For a homemade dough, use your favorite biscuit recipe.
- Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste preference.
- These bites are best served fresh out of the oven.
