Description

Soft golden bread rolls stuffed with gooey cheese and topped with garlic butter and herbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
  • 12 mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: sesame or poppy seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit, place a cube of mozzarella in the center, and pinch to seal into a ball.
  3. Arrange balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Brush over dough balls.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds if desired.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with gooey cheese inside.
