Layers of cookie dough, Oreos, and cheesecake baked into a gooey bar, finished with caramel drizzle.

- 1 roll refrigerated cookie dough (or homemade)
- 20 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- Press cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
- Layer Oreos on top of the cookie dough base.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over Oreos.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed Oreos on top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until set but still slightly gooey in the center.
- Cool completely, then drizzle with caramel sauce before slicing into bars.

- Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
- For a richer flavor, use homemade cookie dough.
- Let the bars cool completely for easier slicing.
