Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup pastry cream or whipped cream cheese filling
- ½ cup caramel sauce (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt alternately with milk until smooth.
- Divide batter into liners and bake 18–20 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- Fill a piping bag with cream filling, poke into the center of each cupcake, and fill generously.
- Spread or pipe more cream on top as frosting.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve.
Notes
- Ensure cupcakes are completely cool before filling to prevent melting the cream.
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
