Description

This air fryer broccoli is seasoned with garlic and parmesan, making it a flavorful side dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 heads broccoli (washed, cut into small florets)
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 34 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/4 cup water in the bottom portion of your air fryer, below the basket itself.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  3. In a bowl, put your small broccoli florets with all other ingredients and toss well so they are good and coated.
  4. Once the air fryer is done preheating, pour florets into the basket making sure they don’t overlap. You may have to do 2 rounds if your basket is small.
  5. Can sprinkle with a bit of salt, pepper, and/or chili flakes now if you’d like.
  6. Cook at 400 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes or until they’re as done/tender/crispy as you’d like them to be. Start at 8 minutes, check, and add additional minutes if they aren’t as tender as you’d want.

Notes

  • Adjust seasonings to taste.
  • Cooking time may vary based on how crispy you like your broccoli.
