Description
Deliciously chewy and crispy treats made with Biscoff spread and mini marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 16 ounces mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie creamy spread
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. Once completely melted, add in all but 1 cup of mini-marshmallows and Biscoff spread. Mix continuously over low heat until marshmallow is smooth and creamy.
- Quickly fold in cereal and remaining 1 cup of mini-marshmallows.
- Pour in a buttered 8×8 pan (for thicker treats) or 13×9 pan (for thinner treats). Cover with plastic wrap.
- Allow to set at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh marshmallows.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
