- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp flour (for crumble topping)
- Extra powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed wafers with melted butter and flour until crumbly.
- Press half the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Layer cream mixture over the baked crust.
- Top with fresh banana slices.
- Sprinkle remaining crumble over the top and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm or chilled with extra whipped cream.

- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham crackers.
