Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp flour (for crumble topping)
  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed wafers with melted butter and flour until crumbly.
  3. Press half the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Layer cream mixture over the baked crust.
  6. Top with fresh banana slices.
  7. Sprinkle remaining crumble over the top and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm or chilled with extra whipped cream.
