Description
Delicious air-fried artichoke hearts seasoned with olive oil and herbs, perfect for dipping.
Ingredients

- 2 x 14 oz. cans whole artichoke hearts, packed in water
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 tsp. Italian Herb Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt (more or less to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. freshly-ground black pepper (more or less to taste)
- 2 T coarsely-grated Parmesan Cheese (or more)
Instructions
- If your Air Fryer needs to be preheated, set at 390F/200C and start to heat.
- Drain artichoke hearts well in a colander placed in the sink.
- Cut artichoke hearts in half.
- Put artichoke hearts in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and seasonings.
- Toss gently with a spoon until the artichoke hearts are completely coated with oil and spices.
- Arrange artichoke hearts in the Air Fryer basket, cut side facing up.
- We cooked them exactly 10 minutes, for slightly crisp and well-browned edges, but every Air Fryer is different so I would recommend starting to check after about 6 or 7 minutes.
- When the artichoke hearts are done, arrange on a serving dish and sprinkle with coarsely-grated Parmesan.
- Serve Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts hot and enjoy, with something to dip them into if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning to taste.
- These are great served with a garlic aioli or lemon dipping sauce.
